This residence is situated at the far most end of the new quarter at the edge of the village Grou. The plot is adjacent to the water and on the onther three sides to catalogue houses. The main volume is simple. This is composed from a rectangular floor plan that is covered with a descending roof covered with moss-sedum. This roof cantilivers to the side where the view and sunpotection is needed. The open façade follows these both directions whereby the living space gets a view to both sideways towards the water.
